Safety and Precision Remain Top Priorities

In the chemical distribution business, getting it right isn't a goal, it's the baseline. The products we handle end up in customers' equipment, buildings, and processes, where a mistake isn't just an inconvenience. That's why safety and precision aren't initiatives at Arch Distribution; they're built into how we operate every day.

That commitment runs through every step. Products are tested against specification before they ship, blends are produced to exacting standards, and every shipment is properly classified, documented, and handled in line with WHMIS and TDG requirements. It's the kind of attention to detail that doesn't always get noticed,  until it's the reason something went right instead of wrong.

It's also why we belong to Responsible Distribution Canada. As an RDC member, Arch commits to Responsible Distribution®, a management program built around taking every practical precaution to protect our people, our customers, the public, and the environment. For us, that's not a badge,  it reflects the standard we already hold ourselves to, and a commitment to keep improving.

That commitment also means continuing to invest in how we operate. Within the last few months, Arch welcomed a new General Manager who brings a strong focus on safety and compliance to day-to-day operations — strengthening the systems and oversight that keep our facility running safely as we grow.
